786gem Terms and Conditions — Platform Rules for Pakistani Players

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the 786gem platform, including the website at 786gem.pro, the 786gem mobile app for Android and iOS, and all gaming and betting services provided through them. By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any part of the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not register an account and do not use the platform. Your continued use of 786gem after any updates to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. We will always display the date of the most recent update at the top of this page.

786gem is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated for the entertainment of adult users. Use of this platform involves real money and real financial risk. All games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Sporting event outcomes are entirely independent of 786gem. The platform does not guarantee any particular outcome from any game or bet.

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or use any part of the 786gem platform. This applies to all sections — slot games, fish games, sports betting, live casino, and all other features. We enforce this requirement consistently and without exceptions.

By creating an account, you confirm that:

• You are aged 18 or above at the time of registration
• You are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of another person
• The personal information you provide during registration is accurate and complete
• You are not registering from a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by local law as it applies to your individual circumstances
• You are not a person who has previously been excluded or banned from 786gem

786gem reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. If you are unable to verify your age or identity to our satisfaction, your account may be suspended and any remaining balance returned to your registered payment method.

One account per person. Each individual may hold only one active 786gem account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using the same mobile number, the same payment details, or different personal information — is a violation of these Terms. Duplicate accounts are subject to closure and any associated balances may be forfeited.

Accurate information. You must provide your real name, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and accurate personal details when registering. Information provided must match the payment method you intend to use — deposits and withdrawals are only accepted to and from accounts registered in the same name as your 786gem account.

Account security. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone. 786gem will never ask for your password through any communication channel. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately through the account panel.

Account closure. You may request closure of your account at any time through account settings. Any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method. Self-exclusion (see Responsible Gaming section) results in immediate account restriction rather than closure, allowing you to return after the exclusion period if you choose.

786gem accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only. Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, and Bank Transfer. All transactions are processed in PKR — there are no currency conversion fees and no hidden charges applied by 786gem on deposits.

The minimum deposit is PKR 500 for JazzCash and Easypaisa transfers, and PKR 1,000 for Raast and Bank Transfer. Maximum per-transaction and daily limits vary by method and are displayed on the deposit page within your account.

Important conditions on deposits:

• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the same name as your 786gem account. Deposits from third-party accounts will be returned and may trigger an account review.
• The 786gem receiving account number displayed on the deposit page may change periodically for security reasons. Always use the number shown on the current deposit page — do not use saved numbers from previous sessions.
• 786gem is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or mobile wallet provider's own processing times.
• If a deposit has not credited within 30 minutes, contact support via the account panel with your transaction reference. Do not send the amount again without first speaking to support.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where the method supports withdrawals. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawal requests are typically processed within one to four hours of approval. Bank Transfer and Raast withdrawals may take longer depending on your bank's processing schedule.

Withdrawal conditions:

• Withdrawals are only processed to payment accounts registered in the same name as your 786gem account.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 1,000. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Your own deposited funds (excluding active bonus funds) are withdrawable at any time without meeting wagering requirements. Bonus balances are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 6.
• 786gem reserves the right to carry out identity verification before processing any withdrawal. You may be asked to confirm your identity through documents before funds are released.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to payment methods that differ from the registration details on your 786gem account.

If you have an active bonus attached to your account, your own deposited funds remain withdrawable. However, withdrawing your own funds while a bonus is active will result in the bonus balance being forfeited. This is your choice — no funds will be deducted from your own balance as a result.

786gem offers deposit bonuses, reload promotions, and event-based offers to both new and returning players. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which are stated clearly at the time the bonus is offered. By accepting a bonus, you agree to the associated terms.

General bonus conditions that apply unless a specific offer states otherwise:

• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash. The wagering multiplier for each offer is stated in the offer's specific terms — typically between 20x and 40x the bonus amount.
• Bonuses are credited to your account separately from your own deposited funds. Your own funds are always shown and tracked separately.
• Only one bonus can be active on an account at any time. If you deposit under a new bonus offer while an existing bonus is active, the new bonus will queue until the current one is completed or forfeited.
• Bonuses may be restricted to specific game categories. A bonus valid for slot games may not contribute to wagering requirements when played on sports betting markets, and vice versa.
• 786gem reserves the right to cancel a bonus if there is evidence it was claimed through abuse of promotional terms, multiple accounts, or coordinated betting patterns.
• Bonus funds expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the time limit stated in the offer. Expired bonus balances are removed from the account.

Game fairness. All slot games, fish games and other casino-category games at 786gem use certified Random Number Generator technology. RNG certification means that individual game outcomes cannot be predicted, influenced or manipulated by any party — including 786gem itself. The Return to Player (RTP) percentages are set by the individual game providers and are available in each game's paytable.

Sports betting. All sports betting markets — including Pakistan Super League (PSL) matches, T20 internationals and other cricket fixtures, as well as football and esports markets — reflect genuine real-time odds. Once a bet is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended. Settled bets are final. 786gem reserves the right to void a bet in cases where odds were clearly displayed in error or where a market is suspended before settlement.

Live games. During live casino sessions or live sports betting, connection interruptions on your end do not qualify for automatic refunds. If a technical issue on 786gem's systems causes a game round to be voided, the stake will be returned to your balance.

Match fixing and prohibited activity. Placing bets in connection with any match-fixing arrangement, spot-fixing or any activity designed to artificially influence the outcome of a sporting event is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

786gem expects all players to use the platform honestly and in good faith. The following actions are prohibited and will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, or permanent closure:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games or place bets
• Exploiting technical glitches or errors in games or the platform — any winnings obtained through a known platform error must be reported and may be reversed
• Using another person's payment account to deposit or withdraw funds
• Attempting to launder funds through the platform — deposits must represent legitimately owned funds
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification
• Engaging in abusive, threatening or harassing behaviour toward support staff

If 786gem identifies any of the above activity, we reserve the right to close the account immediately, withhold any pending or available balance pending investigation, and report the activity to relevant authorities where legally required.

786gem takes responsible gaming seriously. Online gaming involves real money and outcomes are uncertain — this is the nature of the activity. We provide tools to help players stay in control of their gaming, and we encourage their use.

Tools available in your account settings:

• Deposit limits — set a maximum PKR amount that can be deposited per day, week or month. Once set, limits can only be reduced immediately; increases take a cooling-off period to take effect.
• Session reminders — receive notifications after you've been playing for a specified length of time.
• Self-exclusion — restrict access to your account for a defined period (minimum 30 days) or indefinitely. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to log in, deposit or receive promotional communications from 786gem.

While we work to ensure consistent availability and a reliable experience, we do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or available at all times. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability.

786gem is not liable for:

• Losses resulting from your internet connection dropping during a game or bet
• Delays in deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers, including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, or your bank
• Decisions you make based on game outcomes, odds, or perceived patterns — all outcomes are determined by certified RNG or real sporting events
• Financial losses arising from gaming activity that you have chosen to undertake as an adult

Nothing in these Terms limits 786gem's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

786gem reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date at the top. If the changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or how the platform operates — we will notify registered players via email or an in-app notification before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of 786gem after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 3.
