Account & Registration

Visit the Register page and fill in your full name, Pakistani mobile number, date of birth and a password. After submitting, you'll receive a verification code on your mobile number — enter it to confirm your account. The whole process takes under two minutes. Once registered, you can log in and make your first PKR deposit via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or Bank Transfer straight away.

No — one account per person, strictly. 786gem uses mobile number verification and payment method checks to identify duplicate accounts. If multiple accounts belonging to the same individual are found, all may be closed and balances forfeited. If you've forgotten your login details, use the password reset option on the Login page rather than creating a new account.

You must be at least 18 years old to register and use 786gem. This applies to every section of the platform — slots, fish games, sports betting, live casino — without exception. By registering, you confirm you are 18 or older. 786gem can request identity verification at any time, and accounts found to belong to under-18s are closed immediately.

CNIC is not required at registration. You only need your name, Pakistani mobile number, date of birth and a password to create your account. However, 786gem may request identity documents including CNIC before processing larger withdrawals or if account verification is triggered. Providing accurate information at sign-up makes that process quicker if it ever comes up.

Go to the Login page and tap "Forgot your password?" Enter your registered mobile number and a reset code will be sent by SMS. Enter the code and choose a new password. Deposits

786gem supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and Bank Transfer for deposits in PKR. JazzCash and Easypaisa are the fastest options — most deposits credit within a few minutes. Raast and Bank Transfer work on normal banking hours and may take slightly longer. All methods are in PKR — there are no currency conversions or foreign transaction fees applied by 786gem.

The minimum deposit via JazzCash and Easypaisa is PKR 500. For Raast and Bank Transfer, the minimum is PKR 1,000. There is no maximum deposit limit set by 786gem — though your own JazzCash or Easypaisa wallet limits may apply. Check your mobile wallet's daily transfer cap if you're planning a larger deposit.

JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically credit within minutes, but occasionally there's a short delay — give it up to 15 minutes before raising it. Check that the transfer actually went through on your wallet's transaction history (not just that you entered the details). If you have a confirmed transaction receipt and your balance still hasn't updated after 30 minutes, contact 786gem support through your account dashboard with the transaction reference number.

786gem charges no fees on deposits. The full PKR amount you transfer is credited to your gaming balance. Note that JazzCash and Easypaisa may charge a small service fee on the sending side — this is a mobile wallet fee, not a 786gem fee, and is deducted from your wallet before the transfer reaches 786gem. Check your wallet's fee schedule if you want to factor that in.

The withdrawal goes to the mobile number or bank account registered on your 786gem account. Make sure your payment details are up to date in account settings before requesting.

JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 1–4 hours after approval — often faster during daytime hours. Raast and Bank Transfer withdrawals follow your bank's own schedule, usually the same business day if approved before the cut-off. Withdrawals submitted on weekends or public holidays may take slightly longer on the banking side. 786gem does not hold withdrawals in a queue — all players get the same processing speed regardless of VIP level.

The minimum withdrawal is PKR 500 for JazzCash and Easypaisa. For Raast and Bank Transfer, the minimum is PKR 1,000. Only your real money balance is available for withdrawal — bonus balance requires wagering to be completed before it converts to withdrawable cash. Your own deposited funds are always withdrawable without completing any wagering requirement.

Common reasons for a withdrawal being held or declined: incomplete account verification (particularly for amounts above a certain threshold), active bonus wagering that hasn't been completed, a mismatch between the withdrawal account details and your registered name, or a system flag that triggers a routine check. Log in to your dashboard to see the status and reason. If you can't resolve it yourself, contact support — they can explain the exact reason and guide you through what's needed.

New players are eligible for a welcome deposit bonus on their first deposit — up to PKR 5,000 matched on your first deposit. A wagering requirement means you need to play through the bonus amount a specified number of times before it becomes withdrawable cash. For example: if you receive a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement, you need to place a total of PKR 20,000 in eligible bets before that bonus converts to real cash. Your own deposited funds are not subject to wagering — only the bonus amount is. Progress is shown in your account under active bonuses.

Slot games and fish games typically contribute 100% towards wagering requirements. Sports betting may contribute at a lower rate, and some game types may not contribute at all. The contribution percentage for each game type is listed in the specific offer's terms when you claim it. If you want to clear wagering efficiently, sticking to eligible slots and fish games is generally the most straightforward approach.

If the wagering requirement is not completed within the offer's expiry period, the remaining bonus balance is removed from your account. Your own deposited real money is not affected — only the unconverted bonus is removed. The expiry date is shown on your active bonus in the dashboard.
